Why We Built This
The Problem Is Personal
In 2023, our co-founders were both commuting from Kondapur to HITEC City — a journey that should take 15 minutes but routinely took 75. They were driving separately, in cars that were 90% empty, on roads that were 100% full.
The existing solutions did not fit. Ride-hailing apps were expensive and unpredictable. Public transport did not serve the tech corridors well. Informal carpooling WhatsApp groups were chaotic and unsafe — no verification, no accountability, no structure.
So they built iSmart Pool: a platform that brings the trust of a corporate network to the efficiency of carpooling. Verified identities. Smart route matching. Fair cost splitting. No middleman taking a cut.
We are not trying to replace Uber. We are trying to make it so you do not need Uber for your daily commute.
